Kinyacht has been manufacturing aluminum pontoon boats in Guangdong since 2008. What started as a small workshop with three welding stations has grown into a 60,000㎡ facility running four production lines simultaneously. We’ve been producing white-label boats since 2012.
Today we supply marine dealers, resort operators, and OEM buyers across North America, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
Every hull goes through a 23-point inspection before it leaves the floor, and every finished unit is water-tested on our private test dock. We don’t cut corners on materials because our customers resell under their own brand names. Their reputation depends on what we build.
From professional fishing boats to luxury pontoons—select the right models to dominate your market.
Kinyacht aluminum pontoon boats range from 16 to 30 feet across four series — Sport, Leisure, Fishing, and Double Decker. Built from marine-grade 5052 aluminum with CE certification, each model is available for wholesale from 1 unit with full customization on colors, upholstery, deck layout, and engine configuration. Before you place an order, we think you should know exactly what you’re buying into. Our facility in Guangdong spans 60,000 square meters across four production buildings. Everything — from raw aluminum cutting to final water testing — happens under one roof.

A lot of manufacturers will tell you their boats are high quality. We’d rather show you the process and let you judge. Here’s exactly how a Kinyacht boat goes from raw aluminum sheet to a finished vessel ready for sea freight.
Marine-grade 5083 & 5052 aluminum sheets are mill-certified and inspected for thickness, temper, and surface quality before entering production.
CNC plasma and laser machines profile hull panels, deck skins, and pontoon tube blanks to exact tolerances.
Pontoon tubes are roll-formed and seam-welded. Hull panels and structural frames are MIG-welded with full-penetration joints throughout.
5083 cross-members form the deck frame. Non-skid aluminum panels are fastened on top, followed by console, railings, and seating modules.
Every boat undergoes a full water trial. Throttle, trim, steering, and all onboard systems are verified before final sign-off and delivery.
Boats are fully disassembled and packed flat into a standard 40HQ container — the most freight-efficient method. Up to 2 boats fit per container. Local pontoon and frame assembly is required upon arrival.
The deck is pre-assembled at the factory, with pontoon tubes shipped separately. Fits 1 boat in a standard 40HQ container. Less local assembly than Option A while still avoiding flat rack surcharges.
Choose our 2.2 m beam models and ship the boat fully assembled inside a standard 40HQ container — no flat rack needed. Arrives ready for engine installation and water launch, with significant freight savings over Option D.
For wider models that cannot fit a standard container, the boat ships fully assembled on a 40FR open flat rack. Ready to use on arrival, but flat rack freight is typically 2–3× the cost of a standard 40HQ container.

Rooted in a state-owned precision sheet metal factory, our team brings a level of welding discipline and quality control that goes well beyond typical boatyard practice. Every hull is produced under strict ABYC compliance, with continuous performance testing across fuel efficiency, speed, range, and on-water stability.
Direct relationships with primary aluminum mills give us access to marine-grade 5083 and 5052 alloy at significantly below-market rates. Combined with a curated network of marine furniture suppliers, we pass a real cost advantage to our buyers — without trading off material quality, finish, or component specification.
